Time & Energy Audit

The long story short: if you’re reading this you’re probably a knowledge worker. Many years ago Peter Drucker confirmed through data that a majority of knowledge workers think they understand how they’re spending their time but in actuality, do not.

I recommend performing this exercise quarterly for 2 weeks OR as needed. It will help you understand where you’re actually spending your time and put you in position to come up with a plan that ensures you delegate draining activity and create space for high leverage activity.
